How does it work?

Clients meet with me weekly on a Month-to-Month term. All meal plans, exercise plans, and weekly goals will be progressed each meeting. Body fat measurements will be taken to note change as well as new education regarding your plan for the week.

How long does it take?

Normal, healthy weight-loss is numerically 1-2lbs per week. The average client stays in plan for 4-8 months to reach target goals.

How do payments work?

Payments are on a Month-to-month term using Stripe. Stripe accepts all major cards. Purchase prices are in USD $.

Tom is also HSA/FSA accredited so those may be used as well. You may cancel at anytime by Texting or Talking to TH Lifestyle. If your billing has passed, you will have those remaining weeks to be used at your discretion, but a refund is not viable.

How to log into the software?

Kahunas uses a platform in which you use your own Log In information once you have become a client of TH Lifestyle. You may always reset your password using the ‘Forgot Password’ link.
